Is there a problem with BT this morning? I can't connect to BT mail - just getting the messages 'system busy, please wait', then 'selected account is unknown'.
Thanks. I've read the other thread. I did try contacting BT by phone but gave up after about 15 minutes. Still no email connection. I changed to BT Mail a couple of weeks ago. Broadband OK though.
Unable to send or receive emails since 7 am as bt mail keeps asking me to log in and every time refuses my password as incorrect, which it certainly is not!
