NTL Cable TV

Is anyone else having problem with NTL Cable TV.I watch ITV 2 quiet a lot, but a few days ago the channel just dissappeared, even the channel number (117) no longer exists.I am loathed to contact them because it takes ages to get things sorted.I just wondered if others have the same problem.

I've had nightmare's with NTHell. Their service itself is generally fine but when something goes wrong, their administration is awful, Google NTHELL and you'll see what I mean. I think it's because they've got about 200 staff for new business and one part time nonegenarian for complaints and problems.

I've been seeing a lot of problems with NTL recently too, and oddly enough I'm not even on the same system as you (I'm in an ex-CWC area, so my ITV2 is on channel 6). I rebooted the box last night and it seems to be behaving itself since then. That might just be a coincidence, of course.

Have you tried rebooting your box? Normally solves most problems!
