Mobile Phone Faulty

It is new only used since Sunday gone. Took it back to Tesco, he said to ring Tesco technical help line. I was put on to 4 different people, who then said to contact Vodaphone. Went on their chat line and the chap said I had to contact Tesco, by then he had closed chat. What can I do ?

Take it back to Tesco and say "This phone is faulty. I'd only just started using it when the fault occurred so I'm entitled to a full refund, as it was clearly not fit for purpose when sold. I've got nowhere with the so-called helplines offered by Tesco and Vodafone and I'm no longer interested in speaking to them. Simply give me the refund to which I'm entitled,...
