we recently got one too and when I went to look at what box sets were available a screen notice said that they were not available to me. Since that was one of the reasons we upgraded to sky+hd I popped on to the phone and a very helpful chappie explained that there had been a system upgrade since our box had been made and he talked me through what to do and when a ten minute download time was necessary he said he would call me back when that was done to finish the set up process and lo and behold ten minutes later the phone rang and he talked me through the last twiddleybits to do and hey presto! all was well with the box!
