Problem Downloading Whatsapp

I've got a new Sim Card in my Samsung Galaxy phone. I'm having problems trying to install WhatsApp on it.

I keep getting the following message:

Error while retrieving information from server. [DF-PFA-03]

Is there anyone out there who can help me, bearing in mind I'm of an age when my knowledge of phones started by knowing whether to press button A or button B. Thank you

have you got it from google play store

I did eventually Ivor, but it's just when I think I'm going to download it that the message comes up.
