Outlook 2013

I am unable to log-in to my Outlook 2013 email account. It comes up with a box saying ' Enter your user name and password for the following service' which I have done and I know that the password is correct. I press OK but this box just keep coming back. Any help to resolve this problem will be much appreciated. Thank-you

Depends on the email provider its trying to get messages from, for me Yahoo is always problematic, but all my other email providers never seem to have the problem.

Try deleting the email account its looking to retrieve messages from and re-enter account from scratch.
