Problem On Chrome

If you hover your cursor in the top right corner of the page do you see a diagonal arrow?

If so, click on that and drag the page out to the top right

Have got it back...but now some kind of voice activation has come on a woman is talking to me with blue boxes over everything I go to

What OS are you using? Could you have turned on any access features for the blind?

hmm... are there exit crosses on the blue boxes? what happens when you press escape, does she disappear?

Right click on the windows icon bottom left of screen.
Click Control Panel, then Ease of Access Center

Can you see a big box with Stop Narrator?

Horribly, it won't be 'Stop Narrator' but I am sure that is what the problem is.

You just clicked the Windows icon, not right clicked it.
