Galaxy S4 Mini Mobile Phone

Hiya.. Mr C has the above mobile phone... its new... lol...He can't access text message's, the phone is saying..Unfortunately..messaging has stopped!he can't receive or send anything... everything else seems ok... tried switching on/off...taking battery out... apart from throwing it on the floor and stamping on it, anyone eles got any idea's how to solve the problem ! ta everso Mrs C x

have you checked your message settings??? You might need to select the network

messages, left tap bottom, default massaging app, mobile networks

check mobile data is ticked and access point names, you need to be connected to your provider in there, you may need to enter some data but you would need to ring them for that

if mr c has a massaging app on his phone you might not want to enter that.... :-)
