Why is everything on my monitor upside down my computer was working fine earlier. Help would be appreciated

Probably because your cat walked over your keyboard ;-)

Press Ctrl, Alt and the Up arrow simultaneously to fix it.

Apart from as a joke, why would anyone want to 'invert' the display on the screen? I cannot think of any reason you would want this feature.
