I'm having problems with my TV box, I need to reset it at least once a day and I can't access programmes on the player from previous days either, I have phoned them nearly 2 weeks ago, and although the programme guide, which wasn't working, is now working there's little change, anyone else having these problems please?
There are complaints about Talk Talk - or Squawk, Squawk as some people I know call them - on a regular basis ( once every two weeks or so ) in the Jessica Investigates column in the Telegraph. It seems that customer care and service is somewhat of an alien concept to them.
