Keyboard Problem

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me why after installing Windows 10 the " key is displayed like in this text. It is supposed to be the at symbol as in email addresses. Can anyone give me a solution?

Is the keyboard set to US rather than UK ?

Has just started happening and have not set it to US as I wouldn't know how, old geezer.

Yes, a random selection of our clients have found that their keyboard setting changed from UK to US during the upgrade.
You can change it in Settings/Time & Language/Region & Language
or using the traditional route of
Control Panel/Clock Language and Region/Change Input methods

Or you may just have an icon (I have Win 7 and see one bottom right) that will allow you to change settings.

There is an icon next to the clock in the taskbar, ENG
Click on that it change to it English (United Kingdom)

The icon in the taskbar referred to by Old-Geezer and hc4361 will only be present if you have more than one language (say both UK and US English) installed.
