Printing From Spreadsheet

Can anyone please explain how I can print a selected area of a Libre Office spreadsheet onto A4 landscape?
I have tried all things and only get Portrait and it prints over several pages.
Please help!

I don't use LibreOffice but here goes anyway . . .

Define your print range:
https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Using_Print_Ranges_on_a_Spreadsheet

Instruct the program to print it. (I'm guessing that's File>Print or Ctrl P but I'm not sure).

When your printer dialogue box open, click 'Properties'. Ensure that 'Landscape' and 'Fit to Page' are both selected.

That is what I would expect and what I have done but it still prints as described unfortunately.
