Call centres in India

Do these places handle paperwork too? I've got a hunch all my stuff is going back and foreward from Bangalore...applications are taking ages to arrive even after they send them.

Very few componaies actually have 'paper'work anymore. You will find that most scan the paper into computers aand creat files that way.

 

This means that there is no real time daly if paperwork goes to Scotland, Leeds or Bangalore.
