If a mobile phone is just turned off/flat or if it's been cut off?? My son who's been staying in the hostel should have turned up at his sisters after he has to leave at 8,30am but he never arrived and when we call his mobile it doesn't ring and it says 'the mobile you are calling is not available'.

I just want him somewhere safe and clean. As soon as he gets somewhere I can help him kit it out. He really suffers with depression though you'd never know to look at him. And Thankyou xx
