iv never really had a games console before and i like the fact that this one also holds music and pictures so what i want to know is:

1 is it worth geting?

2 my sisters in hong kong at the mo is it worth her picking one up for me over there

any help will be grateful as i havent got a clue

it is only worth getting if you spend a lot of time on the move.personally,i dont see the point as it is essentially a portable ps2 and offers nothing that you havent got better already at home.

as for picking one up in hk - definitely yes ! she should be able to pick you up the brand new cool ceramic white one too !

The PSP is an alright piece of kit, however the battery lets it down way too much for it to be great piece of kit. Why not consider buying an iPod? Or wait til next year for the iPod video?

if you want to get it for music and pictures, there are cheaper and better alternatives.
If you're interested in games, then you better find out what the available games are and whether you would be interested in them.
Personaly I don't find the current games interesting enough to justify the investment, but there might be some proper good games in the future.
