I have a xtrainer a Livestrong LS12.9E, it is physically fine but there is something wrong on the circuit board. When it is switched on it either quickly cycles through the programs or goes into EN90 engineering menu but no buttons do anything.

The company is american and havent answered any emails i have sent them and i cant find anywhere that repairs this sort of thing on the internet.

Does anyone know someone in the Nottingham area that could fix it?

Thanks.

A UK company appears to sell the Livestrong range of products and have yours listed here: http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/livestrong-12-9e-incline-elliptical-cross-trainer.php
However as it is not in stock, it may have been discontinued, but you could ask them who they get their stock from (01604 673 000) or who they contact for spares/repair. Good luck.
