dvd burner dell

i recently bought dell 5100 with sonic dvd burner.i knew i needed to download ripping software (dvd shrink)to aid copying and i have done so .but i cannot get film from hard drive to sonic,it seems to only copy disc to disc.any ideas.

Try this:-

Use the Backup icon

Click on Select Backup target

Under Create DVD file

choose Hard Disk folder

you should be there:- it will create the VOB files for you.

when i click on back up icon,only options are guide and back up pc ,which only leads to upgrade promotion.i am lost.abi

Which version of DVD Shrink is it - mine is 3.2. I don't think it needed any crack or serial number but I willl check how it was installed later.
