Help, Android Tv On The Blink

sony smart android bravia 4k, im trying to watch youtube vids etc its black screen with the circles turning , as if something running in background. turned off then on about 5 time in kast hr, nothing working, went to apps and done a force stop with youtube.

still not coming on

That reads as if your TV isn't connecting to your router.

Disconnect the power from your router, wait for one minute and then power it up again. Wait until all of lights are back to their usual state and then try the TV again. If that doesn't work, refer to your TV's manual to go through the instructions for connecting to the router again.

thanks buen, its still same this morning, im going to let it run like this for an hour to see if it fixes itself, if not i will reboot as you say.

just checked and some apps are working like skynews etc but any live tv like bbc iplayer or youtube is not working, saying on screen ( something went wrong playing this program. check internet connection, change video quality.
