Just to follow on from Togo's reply, I'm assuming you'll want to save and view it at some point - in which case you'll after to open up a photo viewing app, such as "paint" and find the "paste" function (top left hand corner in paint) and paste the image in and save it.
Depending on what programs you've got installed, you may get a notification of some kind. I've got "Trusteer Rapport" installed and every time I take a screen shot from a protected website, it asks me if I want to block or allow the screen shot attempt.

Sorry about that Minty, I was sidetracked and posted before ready to. Changing light shades and so on....wimmin.
Now if you press the windows key bottom left and the PrtScn key simultaneously the screen image will be sent over to your pictures file in file explorer. Just click on screenshots folder that has been now put there in the pictures library. Open it and you can print or post it. Beware of posting as some pages will contain personal details at the top.
