You will have to be a bit more concise to get any meaningful help. What cant you download, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “on my monitor” is the monitor not displaying anything or are you trying to download something from the internet, is it a specific item a specific web page ??
What are you seeing on your monitor when you say nothing is being downloaded?
