Not Booting Up

i got a dell laptop
it does not boot
up
using w7 chrome

Mine is a Dell and sometimes the hard-drive comes adrift and won't boot up until I push it back into the cogs.

as andres says, the internal hard drive may have become dislodged
remove back cover, power off first remove battery if it has one and power cable, you will see a little square about 2.7 inches wide, 0.37 inch tall, and 3.96 inches long, make sure its cable is firmly in, or try powering on with the f8 key held down.
