You recently sent me a link for Ashampoo for music transfers - it's brilliant, but now it has stopped working.

Is the free download limited, and do I need to buy it now?

If so, could I trouble you for the link again, so I can get to the right bit.

As long as you downloaded the free product, it's not time-limited and I know of no reason why it should stop working.

Uninstall, reinstall and cross your fingers!
