Can anyone help me please?
I can't send attached photos in my emails.
I can send them to myself on ntlworld.com (Virgin) and to my son also ntlworld.com but to anyone else who are not on that address I get a Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently notification.

If you go here before doing so you'll be able to check your current IP address: https:/ /whatis myipadd ress.co m/ . Then go back again after reconnecting your router to check that you've been allocated a different address)

Broadband providers normally use 'dynamic' IP addresses, where users are allocated a new address whenever they connect to the internet. Users who require a 'static' IP address (perhaps because they host a website on their own computer, rather than on an external server) are often charged extra for the facility.
