Having done a bit of googling, I wouldn't touch it with an infinite number of the proverbial bargepoles. There are plenty of references to it cluttering up your computer with loads of junk.
If your computer is running fine you don't need any sort of 'fix' for it. If you think that it might be worth clearing out some junk (and/or checking for any registry problems), download, install and run the free version of CCleaner (
https://www.ccleaner.com/ ). If you've got a more serious problem with Windows, try running System Restore first. If that doesn't work, and you've got a Windows disk, try the 'repair' option that's available from it.
