Every time I go on to my laptop a pop up box appears wanting me to download Skip Metro Suite. What can I do to get rid of it as I don't want to download it?

See if you can identify the startup process which is generating that message:
Click 'Start'
Type 'msconfig' into the search box.
In the results area above the box, click on 'msconfig'
Click the 'Startup' tab
Scroll down the list of applications to see if you can find a reference to 'Skip Metro Suite' (or to 'Sergey Tkachenko')
If you can, click to remove the tick next to it.
Click 'Apply'
Click 'OK'
Restart your laptop.
(If you see a message telling you that you're using Selective Startup, click on 'Do not show this message again')
If you can't find the process listed under the Startup tab, try looking for it under the Services tab.
