I Cannot Print My E Mails

1.I have a 5 year old Dell Inspiron 17 Laptop with Windows 8.1 installed but when I tried to make a print of an important e mail I had just received it would only print half of it.
2.I tried both portrait and landscape modes.
3.The printer is a Samsung Xpress M 2022 W.
4.I also tried altering the size of the printout
5.Can someone help me rectify this, please.

How are you accessing your emails? Are you using an email client (such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail) or are you going to the website of your email provider (using your web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome)?

Thank you Buenchico for your prompt reply. It was remiss of me not to mention that I use Yahoo for all my emails.

I go first to Google Chrome and then to Yahoo for all my
e mails

You can, of course, access Yahoo emails via an email client but I assume that you mean that you're using the website.

By clicking on the printer icon which you pointed out to me,I nhave obtained a perfect print.
My previous procedure was to type Ctrl plusP
