I have been having paperless, fully itemised bills for several years and by opening "ViewCalls" I was able to see the name of the person called. I was also able to edit any called numbers and give them a name (of a person or a company) for future reference.
My two latest bills do not show these saved names, only the called numbers.
Last month I had on online chat with a BT advisor who said he had corrected the problem and my next bill would be OK.
It isn't!
I had a proper conversation, rather than an online chat, with another advisor yesterday and he admitted that he didn't know the answer but guessed that BT had discontinued this feature. (Full marks for honesty!)
Has anyone else had this problem?
