Router Buzzes When I Receive An Email.

My router has developed the odd habit of giving a brief buzz when an email arrives. Quite weird.
Took me a minute or two to work out where the noise was coming from.
Sent myself an email, and sure enough, a buzz.
Don’t bother me, but anyone have any idea why this should suddenly start??
