Anyone Else Having Problems With......

.......their BT Mail account?
Trying to access mine, all I get is 'Loading Data, please wait'
Then it 'Times out' in less than 2 minutes.
Any ideas please?

"Loading data, please wait..." You'll generally see this when BT Mail is trying to load data from the servers and may not be getting a response. It doesn't necessarily indicate there's a problem, but sometimes it's to do with local network connectivity. Try the following: check your broadband's connection and speed > restart your computer or device and...

If settings haven't inadvertently been changed, I'd reckon server issues. Try in 10 minutes ?
No don't have BT Mail.
a) Restart your router. If using wi fi, try a cable to see if it improves
b) Server issues, contact BT
Just tried - working OK on a spare account here (don't use it much as it's more carp than a Polish Christmas Dinner).

Just tried "She who must be obeyed's" bt mail account Baldric. Seems as OK as it can be. Must admit I am not fond of it but we keep her on it because the BT wifi is in her name. It bothers her not because I manage all the online accounts.

close your browser, log out and back in
clear your cookies and cache >
if you're connecting using wireless try changing the wireless channel on the BT Home Hub >

Thanks people, after a restart and the threat of WBM's big 'ammer it seems to be ok, at least I'm into it ;o)
