T Mobile. Email Address?
4 Answers
Having spent over two fruitless hours on the phone to T Mobile's "help" line (oh yea?) I want to email them instead.
Very difficult to find a valid email address for them. Any ideas?
Failing that, I will have to resort to a Proper Letter, which might or might not get results....

However (as T-Mobile is now part of EE) a bit of web searching suggests that an email sent to [email protected] should get through.
Otherwise most companies use web forms and/or 'live chat' as ways of contacting them. EE doesn't seem to use web forms. However, if your query relates to a technical issue (rather than to, say, billing) there's a 'live chat' facility here:
https:/ /ee.co. uk/help /get-in -touch
(NB: Select 'EE', not T-Mobile, and then use the button labelled 'Click For Technical Support')

Thanks Chris, good digging. I did in fact try that one last Friday, and as soon as they found out I had a T Mobile number, they backed off and told me to phone a specific T Mobile helpline number instead. Which was I where I was stuck for two hours or more. I still have a transcript of the 'help' - their main reason for not (helping, that is), was that they 'weren't trained in specific T Mobile problems'. Head wall banging your against. In the absence of an email address, I'll see what a letter does - I'll come back if I get any further.
