I have had a search on the web and it seems F4 on SOME computers (like Samsung, maybe others) does a reinstall of Windows from the hidden "restore" partition.
My guess is that is what it has done, it has reinstalled Windows 7 on top of Windows 10 because you pressed F4.
I think your only option is to download Windows 10 again and reinstall it as I said on the previous question Buenchico referenced.
If you do reinstall Windows 10 maybe you can take the opportunity to delete the Windows 7 restore partition during the install. You could delete ALL the partitions and install Windows 10 to a "blank" hard disk.
