Hi. I have been a broadband customer for about twenty years and a landline user for about 5. Don't usually use their provided Router as I have had issues years ago. I have the Unlimited package. I have no issues with loss of service though it was patchy years ago but then so was everybody. Good Tech Support and good Member's forums. I originally chose them based on an assessment for local schools providers I was involved with. Happy to recommend them.
I have both phone and broadband with John Lewis (the service is actually provided by Plusnet) and everything is fine.
In the latest Which? survey, Plusnet was just behind Zen and Utility Warehouse at the top of the satisfaction table....BT, TalkTalk and Sky were at the bottom!
Been with them for 10 years quite OK - internet no probs and phone works. Web page 'users' better for advice. Have found staff to be belligerent at all times never come across a nice one in 10 years - all painfully slow and vapid at the very best.
