Outlook Mail

Is there any way to speed up the loading of mail as have been waiting ages and the message comes up as loading.

It'll be interesting if anyone has any ideas how to actually do this, as mine sometimes takes aaaages and other times it loads up near enough straight away.
Is your problem hit and miss like mine, or does it always take ages??
I'm wondering if it's a fault at Outlook's side, such as intermittent heavy traffic on their servers, etc.

Had a look now and do not know what is being downloaded as have had a couple of emails and the one I was waiting for still states that it is loading.
