No I wouldn't - its saves me a lot of time on my day to day life.
No. It would mean i would have to frequent the bookies to place my bets while listening to those infernal slot machines.
No. I speak to family from different parts of the world.
No I'd be cut off from those I love. At the moment I'm in the UK talking to my husband on another continent, then often I'm in the States talking to my family over here- why would I want to go back to only hearing their voices on the end of a phone?
No, I've got so used to it I'd struggle to go back.
no, i used to spend all day completing a general knowledge crossword using reference books ...
Yes I would. It would stop a lot of false perceptions of life. People looking at other peoples social media then getting depressed. It's all fake anyway. Only thing the internet is good for is facts.
Nope

No you wouldn't there are many forms of communication without the internet.
There's a telephone Spath and letters, not much comparison to Facetiming really is it?
Personally I don't like facetime. I'd rather talk on the phone and look at a photo of someone.
No. But I'd prefer it if it was run better. Make it illegal to spy on folk, or pretend you have voluntary permission to do so, would be a start: and make the Net neutral. If a company wants to prioritise some data let it build it's own private network not use the common one.
Hmmm, how long did you live before the internet came along Spath?

I wouldn't want to go back. Yes we have some problems with it but problems are everywhere, nothing is perfect. No one is forced to use 'social media'.

No way. It's made a lot of things easier. I`m sure a lot of children would have much richer childhoods without the internet though. You don't make memories with your face in a mobile phone.
Yes agreed but it also means that when parents are far away from their little kids because of work and commitments they can still have a story every night before they go to bed and a good morning call, and that I think IS important, it gives a sense of love and continuity which otherwise wouldn't happen.
I seem to have missed at least one meeting.
What about work commitments? My boss is away a lot so he sends me messages on Facebook.
Yeah Ummm, I can do all of my wok wherever I am in the world, that'd go pete tong if there was no internet.
No.
