Is it okay whilst running AVG to use other programmes (eg word, internet, messenger) and let the scanner run in the background? Thanks

yes pixi, mine is set to go at 12noon everyday, and i dont stop using my machine, just minimise the window. doesnt effect the programmes at all. Hope this helps.
