What Type Of Graph/depiction Am I After?

I wish to create a diagram showing the areas of damage on a vehicle from the least to the most based on data gathered to be added to a PowerPoint presentation.
Ideally I would like to add, to a preexisting outline of a vehicle, 'data spots' that will differ in size dependant on the number of damage or malfunction reports that have been raised concerning specific areas (hoping that makes sense and is not gibberish!).
I have created these before many moons ago but I cannot remember how this was achieved. Help! Thank you.
