I can't find any tweezers fine enough unfortunately.

Oh no I did this on an iPhone ruined the phone as I poked about myself trying to get it out and ruined the card reader.

Sounds like a design flaw that manufacturers are unincentivised to correct. Handset should detect the error and release. Worth being aware of then.
