You've previously told us that you use Gmail (although you've ignored requests to tell us how you access your Gmail account. i.e. is it through your web browser or via a dedicated email app?). You can't 'change' a Gmail address. You can, of course, simply stop using one address and get yourself another one but the original one will still be there for you to use if you want to.
It's possible, of course, to tell a particular website (such as this one or that of your bank or a utility provider) that you've got a different email address but the way of changing it back would then depend upon the particular website in question.
So PLEASE provide some more information!

I' m sorry everyone I know that you are trying to help,but honestly I just don.t know what I'm doing.It all started when I opened my Chrome with a password(as usual)then for no reason after a few days a second (another) p/word was required instead.I followed the instructions through and got thoroughly lost,I can't now use my original email address.Clear as mud I know.
Thanks for replying but I'm more confused than ever!
Chrome is a web browser and, to the best of my knowledge, it can't be protected by a password. So perhaps you mean that you're using a Chromebook??? Even so, I can't see a direct connection between the password protection on a Chromebook and an email account anyway!
You say that you can't use your original email address but you've not told us where the problem occurs. Is it, perhaps, that you go to the Gmail website and find that your password no longer works or is it, again perhaps, that you're trying to use an email app (that's totally separate to your web browser) and it's refusing to connect???
Please tell us
(a) what type of device you're using. (A Windows PC or laptop? A Chromebook? An Apple Mac? An iPad or iPhone? An Android phone? Something else?) ;
(b) how you access your email on that device. (Through a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Opera? Through an app or program on the device that you use only for email, such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird, the Windows 10 Mail app, the Gmail app on a phone, the native email app on a phone?) ;
(c) where things go wrong for you when you try to use your email account. (Is it that you're asked for a password that's not accepted or, for example, can you access your account but still not send/receive any email?)

First try clearing Chrome's cache. Instructions here:

If that doesn't help, go here:

Select 'You know your username and password but you can't sign in'.
Then select 'You get an error message'.
Then select 'Username or password is wrong, invalid or unrecognized'.
(Obviously, if those options don't describe your problem, choose the appropriate alternatives instead).
Then click on 'follow the steps to recover your account'.
