As TB indicates, you can use a file-hosting service, such as the wonderful Upl.co, to upload your file to and then provide a link to it here. However that only allows other ABer's to download the file, so that they can then play it in Windows Media Player (or VLC or whatever other media player they use).
If you want ABers to be able to hear your file directly (rather than having to download it and open it in their media player), probably the easiest way to do it is to create a video file from it that just uses a static picture and then upload that file to Youtube. (You can then embed the file into an AB post in the usual way).

Having ripped it to MP3 format, I found a suitable picture online and used the link above to create a single-image video, enabling me to upload it to Youtube. The whole process was very quick:
