Incredimail Message / Sending Issues

Since installing windows 10 on a new computer and reinstalling Incredimail I have been unable to send or receive any emails. I do however receive and send in Yahoo.com which operates the service on behalf of Sky.com. I believe the problem may be due to the fact that Sky have updated their security but i am unsure Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did they overcome this.

Incredimail is constantly slated in the technical press and widely reviled elsewhere. It's slows some computers and drives recipients of mail sent through it up the wall because of the way that it assumes that everyone uses HTML mail (when many people don't). My advice is AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
However, if you're determined to stick with it (WHY???), go to Tools > Email Accounts and REMOVE any account that you've already got there.
Close Incredimail, restart your computer and open Incredimail again.
Go to Tools > Email Accounts again and select 'Add'.
In the wizard that opens, select 'Other'.
Complete your email address and password and click 'Next'.
Set the incoming mail server type to 'IMAP'.
Complete the incoming mail server field thus: imap.tools.sky.com
Complete the outgoing mail server field thus: smtp.tools.sky.com
Try accessing your mail. If you still can't get in, go back to Tools > Email accounts. Click on the name of your account. Click on Properties. Check that any references to 'Security type' show 'SSL', that the incoming server port is set to '993' and the outgoing one shows '465'.
[NB: The above will probably work but Sky Yahoo Mail doesn't officially support Incredimail, so I can't guarantee it!]

Apparently Sky, and presumedly Yahoo, have stopped access by less secure email clients, this also applies to Gmail. Having tried unsuccessfully on two computers now, given up and told one friend to access their Sky.co email through the web. Other one, went with setting up a GMX email account. Don't bother re-installing it still won't work.
To all who tried to help me in a search for an answer to my problem of not being able to send and receive emails I would like to say thanks, but no answer was successful but I have come across a note on the Incredimail Webb site which states that they are withdrawing it on the 20/03/20 and will from that date will be closing it down. In view of this I will no longer be searching for an answer.
