How Do I Change From Bing To Google

I prefer Google, but I can't remember how you do it, any advice most welcome.

click on the 3 dots near the top right hand corner (at end of address bar), select settings, then there is an option for default browser. Does that work?

Your preferred internet browser? Look in options as regards search engines.
Once we know what browser your using more specific instructions will be available.

Pop download Google Chrome in your browser , when you’ve downloaded it, it will say ‘ use GC as your web browser ‘ click on that , go into settings in the 3 dots on the right and in there go to tools, then check the web browser you prefer

just make google the home page then click on the little house. Bing is terrible but MS like to push it.

Almost every school I (used to) work in has Bing as its default search engine.I don't understand why. It seems awful to me. It's particularly bad for accessing youtube videos- I couldn't for example find any of the David Attenborough ones

Bing doesn't like finding utube vids, because youtube belongs to Google ☺☺☺
I've got youtube as a 'bookmark' much quicker.

I recall that I had Edge a s default browser on my new laptop so I just downloaded Chrome, opened it and then followed my method above to set Google as my default browser. I then put Chrome on on my task bar.

emmie, use chrome or firefox, MS edge will try andf push bing on you. Just install FF and answer yes when it wants you to make it the default. Never touch edge again, shilo Pitt.

You type http://www.google.co.uk into the address box and press return. Then you type what you want to search for in the search box and press return. ;-)
