media gateway has a problem

I cannot connect to the interest on my name but can use the other users on my pc. When i try to connect it just comes up saying page cannot be displated. However when i used one of the other users names this came up "the installation could not be completed. An error occurrred whilst media gateway was trying to secure the installation process" what have i done and how can i get back to using my own account
