When my daughter logs onto her account, her internet explorer encounters a problem and shuts down, but when myself and my wife log on to our accounts we dont get any problems, can anybody help with this. Thanks in advance.

In NT, 2000 and XP you can create profiles and have to logon under your username to get to it. You can set wallpaper, favourites, my documents etc that are held seperate from each other. If her profile is corrupt you can move the salient bits from her old account (in XP/2000 it is c:/documents and settings/<username> ) to a seperate place (c:/<username>backup) then delete her account by going into control panel > user accounts. Then simply recreate her account and move her stuff back in from the backup folder. I would only copy my documents, favourites and desktop if it were me.
