Facebokk Deletion

I am in no way involved in Facebook but my invalid neighbour is because it allows him more frequent interaction with people. He recently discovered that he can no longer access his page because he can't log onto it (lost password and lost access to his e-mail account as well). He has established a new page and now wants to simply delete his old one. Can that be done without a valid password, if so how ?

nope not without access or people would go around deleting other people's accounts willy nilly. I believe that facebook operate a reset system that involves sending them proof of ID like a passport image but that's obviously faff, the other thing he might try is reporting the old account as a fake account imitating him...it might work...
