Sound Disappeared On Facebook Videos?

Hi I was able to have sound on the videos I was watching on Facebook on my laptop but not anymore.I am not very tech minded but can anyone explain for me in simple terms how to get the sound again please.?

Assuming it's only Facebook videos, the most common reason for people losing sound from just one web source is that they've accidentally muted one video there, with their browser then remembering that setting for all future videos from the same source.
So, again assuming that it's only Facebook videos, play a video from that site and look in the bottom right-hand corner. If you see a speaker symbol with a little cross next to it, you've got the audio muted. Click/tap on the symbol to re-enable it.
If you find that you've lost sound from all websites though, please post again, telling us what type of device you're viewing videos on.
