Apparently we owe virgin money. We were out of contract and switched to Sky. They stopped the service but are still trying to charge us without even writing to us.

They can bog off!! Not one single letter. They are trying to charge us an extra 2 months + a cancellation fee of £70 even though we're out of contract. Cheeky.

Oh Virgin. They tried it on with me once when I ended a contract as I was moving and they wanted £70 for the router I 'hadn't returned'. Fortunately I'd made the man who collected it sign a document to that effect. Bandits.

They want £156 for a service we haven't received. They can have their router back, we don't need it anymore :-)

They were charging us £44 per month just for broadband. We're getting broadband, TV and phone for £35 with Sky.

He'll kick up a fuss....I've never seen him shouting at an automated phone call, he's usually so patient. Swear words, lots of swear words :-)
