I am having great difficulty in down loading pictures from a LG U 8110 camera phone to my computer ( Windows XP, service pack 2). The computer recognises the phone but tells me that it does not have the right software to complete the task. I have looked on the web for right software, with no luck. Can someone PLEASE help.
