H E L P. I've Accidentally Deleted An Email It Took Me 2 Hours To Compose.

Is there any way I can get it back please? I meant to delete only a photo but the whole long email disappeared. I've checked the Bin.
I'm on a laptop MacBook Air using Safari.
I feel sick now.
Can anyone help please?

Burly, she didn't delete the email, she deleted the contents of the email. The empty email is still there

Seems to be a lot of reply’s to what sounds irreversible to me
Sad to say but I believe you will have to start from scratch lb
May I suggest typing it all in Notes or similar and copy and paste it from there when you are happy with it

I have just done one as well and deleted it BS, I don't have a Trash I have a Bin and it's not in there. Are you on an AppleMac as well?

Lady ... do you have another device, say a phone that is synced to that gmail account? If so take the device and immediately disconnect it from your, or its, internet connection. There is a chance that your draft was synced or part synced and has yet not deleted if it syncs with your main account as you open it. Remember first thing you do is disable it's ability to connect to wifi or mobile networks. Do not open gmail in it before disabling the connectivity if you have a second device.

Since gmail is online, is its trash different to the mac's trash?

No lb, but I assumed all gmail accounts would be the same. It does seem odd that it has just vanished into the ether, doesn't it ?

Gmail trash is on the left below Drafts. It is different from your Mac's bin.

I'll repeat what I said before in case it was overlooked among all the others, if the blank emails still there am sure there must be an undo option if you rightclick in it

Not really BS. If I delete anything before I send it, it's gone. As I said I meant to delete only the photo at the end and I thought that was all I had highlighted. I'm now thinking perhaps without realising I had highlighted the whole of my reply:-(. But thank you for trying.
