Why My Contact Form In A Japanese Site Won't Get Through?

A Japanese site contact form won't pass my message. The reason according to the site is use of "prohibited words" "NGワードです".
I don't understand what this means or what part of my message is wrong (My message is in English). How can I make the site pass my message through?

Changing words didn't help. It was completely useless. I have no idea what the problem with my message was.
I might need someone who is familiar with the term "NG words" to explain that system to me.

They can tho if they allready have one .often happens from those who use lots of other sites like this or spammers. Seems a faff to me.
As for the Op I thought ng words were words ending NG. I'd try changing some more

"NG words" is also a Japanese term that holds a different meaning from the English term.

I googled and found that NG refers to terms or words that are inappropriate or potentially offensive.

I thought that rule about having to be here for three weeks (or whatever it was) before having an avatar was changed a long time ago. I think newbies can have an avatar straightaway now. No doubt someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
