A Japanese site contact form won't pass my message. The reason according to the site is use of "prohibited words" "NGワードです".
I don't understand what this means or what part of my message is wrong (My message is in English). How can I make the site pass my message through?
Thank you

As you're using a Japanese website, do you have any Japanese friends or contacts who might be able to advise or who could contact the website on your behalf?

I can only rely on question sites.

Something in what you have written is being censored for being obscene, slanderous etc. Do any of the words you are using have a different meaning in Japanese or do they translate as such. If you have a Japanese friend can you ask them?
Can you not change your wording and re-submit your message?
Are you using a Japanese website for a particular reason?
Just regarding avatars, when a new username has an avatar sooner than the site would normally allow, it's because they already have a Gravatar account attached to the same email address. The avatar is being pulled in on the profile page, but not the question pages because new users do still have to "graduate" to use an avatar. It's nothing at all to do with spam.

Sorry to further detract from your thread, kanade1111, just wanted to clear that up for people. Hopefully someone who can answer your question will be along soon.
